AIPredict Commercialization Plan
I collaborated with EnviTrace, a Phase I Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant recipient, to develop a comprehensive commercialization plan for their Phase II SBIR grant application. The plan focused on AIPredict, an innovative SaaS platform designed to evaluate, characterize, and predict induced seismicity risks from Geologic Reservoir Engineering (GRE) activities, such as energy production, energy storage, and waste storage.
For this project, I provided strategic insights and actionable plans, including:
- Market Research: Identified target industries, end-users, and market segments most likely to benefit from AI-Predict’s predictive capabilities.
- Competitive Analysis: Highlighted the platform’s unique value proposition and key differentiators in comparison to existing tools.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Defined customer acquisition channels, potential partnerships, and licensing opportunities to drive adoption.
- Financial Projections: Prepared detailed revenue forecasts, market penetration estimates, and scalability models for the next 5–10 years.
- Regulatory and Adoption Strategy: Addressed industry-specific compliance challenges and developed strategies to build stakeholder trust.
- Strategic Partnerships: Proposed collaborations with academic institutions, private companies, and government agencies to bolster credibility and accelerate adoption.
The plan highlighted AI-Predict’s capacity to mitigate environmental risks, support sustainable energy practices, and promote safer resource management. It was tailored to meet DOE standards while presenting a clear, compelling roadmap for commercialization.
Key Outcome: The Phase II SBIR application, including this commercialization plan, is scheduled for submission on December 3rd, 2024. Funding decisions are expected at a later date, and the plan positions EnviTrace as a strong contender for continued funding and successful market entry of AI-Predict.
